Coaching is all about putting you in control, giving you the tools and awareness to be more effective in what you do. My coaching style encourages you to reflect on what you do, and I help to bring some structure to your thinking so that you can create pragmatic solutions.
What is coaching and how does it work?
Coaching is a personal development tool that focuses on improving the performance of an individual, supporting them to achieve their full potential. A coach doesn’t need to know the industry or subject of a particular topic, they need to have good listening and questioning skills, and a range of tools and techniques to raise the level of awareness of an individual.
I’m a coach that focuses on outcomes and I love a good coaching model, so I’ll give you something tangible to focus on. I encourage reflection to raise awareness, I’m challenging, yet supportive, and I’m a good listener. I’ll put you at ease so that you can share what’s on your mind, and together we will structure those thoughts and create some pragmatic and tangible solutions.
What does it cost?
Cost varies depending on client needs, please get in touch for a free no obligation conversation.
A lot of employers recognise coaching as a personal development tool. Have you thought about asking your employer to fund your coaching in the same way they would for a training course?
How will we meet?
Coaching sessions can be in-person or virtual.
Are you qualified?
Yes, I hold an ILM5 coaching qualification and I’m currently pursuing ILM7 Coaching Supervision. I keep up with my continuous professional development (CPD) and regularly take part in peer and 121 supervision.
